Chicken Chili:
Ingredients:
Chicken (cut into small pieces): 1/2 kg
Soya Sauce
Chili sauce
Vinegar
Cornflour: 100 grams
Eggs: 2
Green Chili - chopped
Ginger-garlic paste
Black pepper- 10 paste

Method:
Clean chicken and add eggs, 2 spoon each of soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. Add salt and cornflour. Mix well. Leave it aside for 30 minutes. Now heat oil in pan and deep fry the chicken pieces. Now in the left over oil fry chopped green chili. now add ginger-garlic paste and black pepper paste. Once done add 2 spoon each of soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar. Now add chicken. Mix well. Add salt if needed.
