Ingredients:
Chicken (small pieces): 1 Kg
Onion paste of 2
Garlic paste of 6 segments
Ginger paste: 2 small spoons
Green chili paste of 4
Sugar 1 tsp
Red chili paste: 1 tsp
Khaskhas paste: 1tbsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Curd: 100 grams
Red colour (eatable): 1tsp
Salt
Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp (optional)

Method:
MIx all the ingredients but red color and apply on chicken pieces. Marinate it for 2-3 hours. Now add color. Mix well. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry.
