Recipe for Orange Rasmalai





Orange Rasmalai:

Sponge rasgulla:- 1 dozen
Milk: 2 liters
Orange: 1 segemented
Soda: 1 pinch
Cornflour: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 50 grams
Safforn
Orange tang
Almonds, Pistachio (Blanched)
Cardamom - crushed into fine powder

Method:
Thicken milk by boiling it. When the milk start to boil, add soda and keep stirring it for 20 minutes. Now add sugar, cornflour (dissolved in 1/4 cup of water, saffron, almonds. pistacjio and cardamom. remove from fire and let it cool. Now add 4 tbsp of orange tang and segmented orange.  Squeeze sponge and add in this mixture. Keep in fridge for an hour. Serve cold.
